Riverwalk Psychiatry is currently credentialled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Pacific Source, Kaiser, Cigna, and Aetna. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

If you have another insurance, we can still see you! Rates are published below and we will provide you with a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement if allowed.

Fees and Payments

• All copays, non-insurance visits, and additional services are due at the time of visit.

• First time new patient visit: $350

• Follow-up visit: $250

• Valid credit card is required to be on file 

• Medication Prior Authorization in excess of 15 minutes: $50

• Paperwork not completed during visit including, but not limited to, LOAs, Release of information, School evaluation, Work accommodation: $100

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

• Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours are subject to “No-Call, No-Show Policy”

  • First miss: Courtesy letter

  • Second miss: $125 fee, not covered by insurance

  • Third miss: $250 fee, not covered by insurance

  • Continued misses may result is dismissal from practice.
